How did you get into the sport:
I started attending cycling events even before I could walk. Mum would take me to watch my big brother and father race at Dubbo. It was just in my blood to race and I started racing at 2 years old following my brother.
Hardest thing about the sport:
Doing the early morning ergo sessions

What dose your week training consist of:

  • Monday: 1.5 hour recovery ride
  • Tuesday: morning ergo session, afternoon track racing
  • Wednesday: 2 hour motorpace
  • Thursday: morning ergo session, afternoon track session
  • Friday: strength and conditioning
  • Saturday: track session and 1 hour road ride
  • Sunday: track session
How do you keep motivated:
The will to achieve results at state and national level.

Current: to make NSW state team for the national track championship and to do well at the nationals
Future: to attend junior track world championship and become a junior world champion.
Best piece of advice:
Champions train losers complain
