Castle Hill, found just east of Ipswich, has long had some of the best trails in South East Queensland. Recently, thanks to the incredible work from the guys over at DirtArt, it just got even better.
For the past few months the quarry at the base of the hill has been getting a face lift, transformed from an overgrown rock pile to a state of the art skills center. Impossible to miss, the area opens up before you as you enter the trail head, or as you finish Inca. With two jumps lines, a skills line and two pump tracks, it may make you forget that there’s a plethora of world class trails just a short pedal up the hill.

Flush with rock gardens and skinnies, the skills line is perfect for building confidence out on the trails.
Castle Hill can be found at 7 Mary St, Blackstone.
